We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions. Custom prints are not included in this policy. Once a custom item is approved by you, you cannot return it unless there is a defect with the print quality. Custom items are documented via photo prior to shipping. This is to cover both you as our customer and us as a business for any insurance claim we need to make with our delivery partner.

Tracking your order is easy! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status on our Order Tracking page.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and we can arrange direct Bank Transfer if needed.

No. We really wish that answer could be yes. However, due to new international shipping tax enforced by the American Tango Man (aka Trump), we cannot.

As we print on demand, an item should never go “Out of stock” however there may be a delay while we await new stock of filament.

Normally we would say no, However, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address after placing an order. We’ll do our best to assist you, though changes may be subject to the order’s processing stage.
